Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
We request that you give notice no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if you cannot make it. If a client misses an appointment without contacting us, it is considered a missed or "No Show" appointment. Additionally, if a client is more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, it will be considered a "No Show" appointment. Clients who have missed their appointments without giving any notice will be required to pay the full-service fee if they wish to reschedule.
A $30 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and will be deducted from the total cost of the service. If you do not cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you will forfeit your deposit and will be charged 50% of the total service fee.
