Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

We request that you give notice no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if you cannot make it. If a client misses an appointment without contacting us, it is considered a missed or "No Show" appointment. Additionally, if a client is more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, it will be considered a "No Show" appointment, and the appointment will be rescheduled at the discretion of the technician.

A $30 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and will be deducted from the total cost of the service. If you do not cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you will forfeit your deposit and will be charged 50% of the total service fee.
